What is running right now?
This site includes a rule-based FRONT DESK guide and a validated audit intake endpoint. The external Make, ClickUp, and Gmail connections have not been verified in this build. No live-run counts, response times, or failure totals are claimed until an authenticated operational data source is connected and checked.
How are the numbers calculated?
The reporting contract counts unique jobs reaching completed state in a UTC calendar month. Attempts and retries are separate events. Response time runs from accepted intake to approved delivery, and failures include exhausted retries and manual escalations. Test jobs and internal fixtures are excluded from public operational totals.
What does each permission tier mean?
GREEN permits internal, reversible activity without spending money. AMBER prepares work and waits for human approval before release under the KLYRFOCUS name. RED produces a proposal only; a person executes financial, contractual, irreversible, and client-production actions. ORCHESTRATOR enforces the boundary for every agent.
