What should a print shop budget?

KLYRFOCUS publishes a $2,400 Pilot Build for one workflow over two weeks, a $7,500–$22,000 System Build over four to ten weeks, and Managed Operations at $750–$3,200 per month. A free audit comes first. These are KLYRFOCUS offer prices, not market averages or a quote for an unspecified project.

Which parts make a build more complex?

Multiple intake channels, undocumented pricing, production-device profiles, bidirectional integrations, and complex approval rules increase work. A stable Gmail-to-ClickUp intake is a different project from multi-device artwork export with a customer portal. Count decision paths and failure cases, not just the number of tools.

What ongoing costs should be included?

Include subscriptions, model usage, commercial preflight licenses, maintenance, and retained operator review. Keep these costs separate from the implementation fee. The proposal should show which accounts you own, who pays each provider, and what happens if a usage threshold is exceeded.

How do you compare the cost with the manual workflow?

Measure eligible volume and actual hands-on minutes. Subtract review, exceptions, and upkeep from the modeled recovery. Use your own loaded labor rate if you convert time to cost. This is a planning calculation, not a guarantee that every recovered hour becomes additional revenue.
