What problem does this system solve?

A portal is useful when it removes a phone call or a missing handoff. Customers need the current proof and a clear decision. Operators need the correct job, file revision, and next action.

How is the work controlled?

The interface reads authoritative job state and submits validated events. Signed links bind approval to a revision. Role-based access separates customer records, and expired or superseded actions fail visibly.

What do you receive?

A focused interface over an agreed workflow: proof approval, order intake, internal dashboard, or a website connected to the intake pipeline. The system contract is defined before the screen design.

What stays with your team?

We do not sell a standalone brochure website as an automation project. Access control, accessibility, recovery, and the underlying job workflow are part of the scope.

What does it cost, and who maintains it?

A Pilot Build is $2,400 for one workflow over two weeks. A System Build is $7,500–$22,000 over four to ten weeks. Managed Operations is $750–$3,200 per month and covers monitoring, failure handling, upkeep, reporting, and agreed iteration hours. Full scope and support terms are agreed before a build begins.
